In support of those with a passion for teaching
Beth Renouf instilled her zest for life in everyone she met. She was the beloved wife of John Renouf for 40 years and loving mother of two children, Jamie and Kelly. She was a dedicated teacher who brought joy and passion to her classroom and the students she taught. Throughout her career she touched the lives of many young people at Halifax West, Sir Charles Tupper and St. Francis schools. Beth loved the outdoors and particularly enjoyed sailing, kayaking and hiking. She enjoyed travelling and discovering new places and people. Those closest to Beth consider themselves extremely fortunate to have counted her as one of their own. Her legacy will live on through this Scholarship and the many friends she left behind. The Beth Renouf Scholarship Fund was established by her family in her memory and is held at the Community Foundation of Nova Scotia, a public foundation and registered charity.
